The Finwikian: Your Two Cents on Personal Finance
The Finwikian is, put simply, a wiki dedicated to all things personal finance on the internet. It is primarily a catalog of personal finance blogs but can be edited to add all sorts of information on personal finance topics as you see fit. One might call it the free online library for personal finance and PF bloggers. My name is Mrs. Micah and I'll be your librarian today.

Getting started
If you're a blogger: To find your blog, either use the search box in the left sidebar or try the complete table of Personal Finance Bloggers. The advantage of using the table is that your site may not be listed exactly as you searched for it.
If you don't see your blog here, that's probably because not all of them could be added before the site went live, due to the sheer number of blogs. Visit this page for more on creating a page for your blog (which is welcome as long as it's somehow related to personal finance---including Investing, SAHM, Real Estate, etc).
For everyone: Many pages require a user account if you want to edit them, though you can always contribute to the discussion anonymously. It's easy to become a user, and certain pages are user-edit-only simply to keep them from becoming messed up as easily. If this isn't working out, it'll be changed. If you're not sure what to post about, here are some ideas for topics that need to be covered.
Before editing anything (except your own blog's page), please read Thumper's Rule to get a quick overview of the Finwikian code of conduct. It's pretty self-explanatory: play nice. But Thumper's Rule also has guidelines on handling disagreement so that all sides of an issue can be presented.
If you're new to editing wikis, you can get some tips in the Help:How To section. The editor is like that found in most e-mail systems and is pretty easy to use. You can also play in the Sandbox to try out new stuff.
Contributions from anyone are welcome---whether you're a personal finance guru, blogger, reader, or a random person wandering through who sees a place where information could be added or where something should be changed.
